New issues for game

I am so sorry I have to do this, but I have been ignored completely in the appropriate topic, and I need answers.

I have been playing with the issue editor, and I have come up with four new issues. I want everyone's oppinion on them. In particular, I would like to know an appropriate value for Independants.
