States are all Grey Posted on Friday, August 27, 2004 No matter what view mode my game is in the states are all grey. This makes it impossible to play the game. I have Windows XP and Service Pack 2 and Directx 9.0c installed. Please help me soon, because I won't be interested in this game after the elections and buying it will have been a waste of money.
