Randomizing Issues doesn't make them random at all. Posted on Saturday, August 28, 2004 It always makes the same lesser known issues rise to the top,and it's always the same issues too. There is so many in the game, I think a randomize function would've been nice so that each time you play you got a different set of issues. The choices now are regular, standard issues or a different set of issues that is always the same too.
