Link Rumsfeld now joins Powell in saying there are no WMD in Iraq. “It turns out that we have not found weapons of mass destruction,” Rumsfeld said. “And why the intelligence proved wrong, I’m not in a position to say. I simply don’t know." He also backs up the 9/11 Commission finding of no collaboration between Iraq and Al Qaida. Rumsfeld said. “To my knowledge, I have not seen any strong, hard evidence that links the two." This was during a Q&A with the bipartisan Council on Foreign Relations.
