Take A Snapshot of Your Candidate Screencast

CodeCritter gave an overview of how to take a portrait of your candidate in The Political Machine 2008.  I think this is a really cool way to make avators and icons for use in forums or blogs.  I wanted to take his guide a step further, and create a quick screencast showing this feature in action.
