How am I still getting a white screen? Posted on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 I am having the same problem many people have had getting a white screen. Stardock people have been saying this must mean your video card does not support Shader Model 2.0.I have an Intel 82865G video card. That is compatible with DirectX 9.0, which is the version I have installed. And DirectX 9.0 is compatible with Shader Model 2.0. I have the latest drivers installed. How am I still getting a white screen?
