need help downloading

Hi, i just bought the retail version of The Political machine 2008 at a store.  When i put the disc in and clicked Install a few seconds later a error message said "This product requires at least 512MB physical memory. Setup cannot continue."I checked my computer and i had over 30GB of memory.  I even deleted more files and it still wouldnt install.  Whats wrong with it???
