I am consistently winning the electoral vote while losing the popular vote, in fact, the only times I'm winning the popular vote are when I win by big margins in the electoral college (like 350+) EVs. This has been a historically rare occurrance, and has not happened with some of the margins that I've lost by. The game should be geared to have the winner of the electoral college win the popular vote 99% of the time, I've got no problem with this happening every once in a while, but it's happening a lot, and is not realistic at all, I've lost by upwards of 5% on some occasions yet still carried the electoral college.
