This is the first Mod uploaded on the site for TPM 2012;
This will add two new tax issues for speeches and Tv ads ect, which will help you win those precious votes.
These are the most basic forms for the issues, there are no states set as yet that this is the most important issue, but if, like me, you play with random issues turned on, this is likely to become a big issue.
The two additions are:
- Corporation Tax cuts - Supported by Republicans
- Start up Tax cuts - Supported by Democrats
these DO NOT replace current issues, they are additions.
The install Instructions are within the Readme file, so please read it. Additionally, read the tutorial on how to add new issues to your game, this also explains how to install my Mod.

File is in a Zip format, and contains 2 txt documents, one contains the xml additions which you need to copy to your game, the other contains the readme with install instructions.
I will not be uploading a ready made XML document with the additions, unless I hear from a stardock employee who says its alright; As this would involve me distributing the xml file containing their original issues.
