Historical Candidate fix & MP Crash Fix

We've just updated the game to fix the missing Historical Candidates, multiplayer crashes, and a handful of other issues. The problem was caused when a minor routine update that inadvertently reverted several previous patches. Very sorry for the inconvenience!
