Interview Modifiers

Hello! Great job with the updates, you folks have really addressed people's grievances from Issues to map colors. 

I had a question about Interviews. Even with high Intelligence candidates, I seem to be running into instances where I only have one bad interview answer to choose from. Is this now modified by other factors than Intelligence? Glad to see The Later Show come to fruition after seeing it in the files and pretty great writing with the morning show.
